For seventeen years her “Eugenia Marve Scholarship
Program” has assisted students with their academic
goals. In 2009 Eugenia organized a free community wide
“Health Expo” featuring twenty two participating public
health agencies. The event was hosted by the Grand
Rapids Community College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Though retired from a formal teaching schedule, Eugenia
continues with community projects. She remains committed
to Urban Youth and the possibilities for their
productive future. She is a motivational speaker with a
host of inspirational topics. She conducts workshops for
positive life changes, stress reduction, meditation and
expanding intuitive awareness. Her fun workshop for both
novice and experienced artist examines the relationship
between color choices and personality, exploring Chromo
Therapy, the scientific study of the physical impact of
the color spectrum.
