Quieting the continual chatter of the mind helps us to experience ourselves and
expand our awareness. This collective series of workshops
that I call "Stepping into the Silence" are methods for
finding clarity and setting achievable goals for change. In
a place of peace, we are not defined
by the physical journey, instead we can be affirmed by our
positive thoughts and actions.
